Welcome to BuzaConnect (the "Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Platform, which facilitates connections between individuals seeking legal assistance ("Users") and legal professionals ("Lawyers"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: NO LEGAL ADVICE PROVIDED
**WE ARE NOT A LAW FIRM, AND WE DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE.** Our Service is a technology platform that facilitates communication. Any information, documents, or communication received through the Service are for informational purposes only. The formation of a lawyer-client relationship only occurs when you and a Lawyer enter into a separate, written agreement for legal representation.

- **Verification:** While we verify that Lawyers are registered with the relevant South African legal bodies, we do not verify their competence, suitability, or specific skills for your matter. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging a Lawyer.
3. User Obligations and Case Information ("Artifacts")
- **Accuracy:** You warrant that all information you provide, including case details and personal data (Artifacts), is true, accurate, and not misleading.
- **Ownership of Artifacts:** You retain all ownership rights to the content and documents you upload to the Service. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to share these Artifacts with potential Lawyers for the purpose of matching and consultation.
- **Prohibited Use:** You must not use the Service to upload illegal, defamatory, or harmful content, or to transmit unsolicited commercial communications.
